Michelle Chaitan takes pride in making clients feel comfortable. She’s happy to go above and beyond to build trusted relationships. Using her strong career background in finance, customer service and marketing, Michelle is able to serve different needs within the firm. Whether it’s an Opal client or a team member needing assistance, she makes sure they receive her close personal attention along with full support from the operations team.

Prior to joining Opal, Michelle developed a robust financial skillset. She worked as a closing manager at Title 365, a relationship and small business banker at JP Morgan Chase, and a business analyst at Citigroup. She was also a personal and business banker at Capital One.

Michelle earned her degree at La Guardia College. She also holds a New York State Title Closing Certificate and a Project Management Certificate from Google Courses.

A single mom with two girls and a dog, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves cooking, yoga, hiking, going to the beach—and anything fun and adventurous! Michelle is an active volunteer in her community.
