Opal Wealth Advisors Appoints Kayla Kennelly as Chief Growth Officer

JERICHO, NY, April 15, 2025- Opal Wealth Advisors, an independent registered investment advisor (RIA) providing wealth and investment management for both individuals and businesses, today announced the appointment of Kayla Kennelly as Chief Growth Officer. With 14 years of industry experience spanning both institutional and entrepreneurial RIA environments, Kennelly will play a key role in shaping Opal’s long-term strategy, driving client growth initiatives, and leading talent development and recruitment.

Prior to joining Opal, Kennelly served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she was instrumental in building and scaling the RIA custody platform. She also held leadership roles at Facet Wealth, where she launched a new client acquisition channel and led financial wellness initiatives in the employee benefits space, and spent eight years at Pershing in both Business Development for RIAs and Prime Services positions.
Kennelly’s contributions have earned her significant industry recognition, including being named to InvestmentNews’ “40 Under 40” list in 2018 and receiving the Savvy Ladies Rising Star Award in 2023. She holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and received her BBA in Finance and Economics from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.
