About our guest speaker:
Matthew Werner, Executive Director, serves as an Alternatives Client Advisor in Private Wealth Alternatives for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Matt partners with RIA’s, multi-family offices, wealth management, and custodial platforms to position private market alternatives into client portfolios, leveraging J.P. Morgan’s Global Alternatives platform. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President for Angel Oak Capital, a boutique investment manager focused in Private Credit solutions. There he led capital formation for their private and public funds across various channels throughout the Northeast and New England. Prior to this, Matt was a Vice President for J.P. Morgan Funds within the Wealth Management division covering wealth advisors in the NYC Metro market. He began his career at the Carlyle Group and brings over 15 years of relationship management experience on behalf of leading Asset Management firms.
