Jamie Bruno Chief Compliance Officer

Jamie Bruno has built her career around precision, integrity, and doing right by people, qualities she brings every day as Chief Compliance Officer at Opal Wealth Advisors. In her role as Chief Compliance Officer, she ensures Opal operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with the firm’s financial advisors to resolve questions and fulfill client requests quickly and effectively.

Compliance isn’t just about following rules — it’s about building a foundation of trust with our clients. When clients know that their best interests are protected at every level of the firm, it strengthens the relationship and allows us to focus on what matters most: helping them succeed.

Before joining Opal, Jamie spent five years closely assisting attorneys as a senior paralegal at the law offices of Meyer Suozzi English and Klein in Garden City, NY.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stonehill College in Easton, MA. She went on to earn her paralegal certification with honors from the Hofstra University Paralegal Studies Program. Jamie is also a licensed notary public.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband Frank, daughter Francesca, and their Labrador retriever, Buddy, as well as cherishing time with family and friends.
